Vegeta intenta irse a la pelea, pero Bulma lo convence de que se quede. Ella dice que está trabajando en algo que le ayudará. Bulma explica que después de que Goku fuera bombardeado con las Ondas Blutz de la Tierra en el planeta Tuffle, se transformó en un Oozaru. Pan le ayudó a tomar conciencia de sí mismo, y esto le hizo transformarse de nuevo en la última etapa de Super Saiyajín 4.
